Tag Mayhem, Part II
Yesterday we showed you the beginning of an all-G.L.O.R.Y. Girl tag match pitting the team of Roxie Cotton and Ashley Nicely against the team of Sara del Rey and Kacee Carlisle...a match which took place last week for ACW in Annapolis, Maryland. Surprisingly, it was Roxie and Ashley who took the early advantage in the contest, despite their size and experience deficit. But it wasn't long before the tide turned, thanks to the rough and ruthless tactics of Sara and Kacee.
Carlisle's knee to the stomach of the Valley Girl against the ropes, quickly followed by a choke down on the mat, put Cotton on the defensive. And then it only got worse for Roxie as The Death Rey climbed through the ropes and blasted her with a stiff kick as she was held in place by Kacee. Roxie continued to take abuse as she soon found herself pinned between the bottom rope and del Rey's boot. Talk about a vicious beating!
Roxie finally managed to tag her partner into the match, but Ashley soon found herself in an even worse position than Cotton as she was scooped up by Sara and viciously planted into the mat with a tremendous piledriver. After that, the pin was just a formality as del Rey covered the unconscious Ms. Nicely for the win.
