Playing With Their Barbie
This past Saturday found G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Luscious Latasha and her partner, Lea Morrison, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, not just wrestling but also playing! Or so it seemed. We'll explain...
You see, the pair found themselves in tag team action against G.L.O.R.Y. Girls Barbie and Amber at the Waling City Festival. After a promising start, Barbie was put on the defensive due to a blinding eye rake via the nails of Morrison. After a tag in, Latasha went to work...er...play.
But this vicious pair's play session didn't consist of applying makeup, driving Barbie around in a car with her boyfriend Ken or preparing her for the senior prom. Instead, this "playtime" consisted of working over their Barbie with chokes from behind, cheap shot abuse from the ring apron and even rope strangles over the middle ring cable. Wow! My cousin John and I didn't even get that violent with our GI Joes when we were kids!
Barbie did have her moments in the match, such as when she laid into the taller Morrison with some jaw-snapping forearms shots. But Barbie and partner Amber couldn't overcome the despicable cheating of their opponents. In the end, this Barbie found herself on the mat hurt and defeated after the double-team assault she absorbed. We bet she would have rather spent the weekend in her Malibu beach house with the handsome, chiseled Ken.
She may have taken a loss this time...but this Barbie is still a doll in our book! : )
