Tough Tag
Yesterday we told you about the World-1 Tag Team Title match that Roxie Cotton and Sumie Sakai participated in this past weekend...a match that found the pair of G.L.O.R.Y. Girls in three-way action facing two all-men teams. It was obvious before the bell rang that this was going to be a tall order for the ladies. After the bell rang, it looked even bleaker for them.
Take a look at the size disparity between Roxie and Kid America [above] as he twists an arm. Then, after cornering the Valley Girl, the big guy threatens to blast her with a big right fist to the face [Picture #2]. But that wasn't even the worst that Roxie faced in this match...
When Ms. Cotton found herself in the ring against the other men's team involved in the match, Roxie was in even bigger trouble as the two displayed absolutely no regard for the rules in their attempt to hurt her. Take a look as this creep aims a big stomp to the back of Roxie's skull [ #3]. With Roxie incapacitated, did he try to pin her? Nope. Instead, he pulled her up off the mat by her hair [ #4] just so that he could abuse her in the corner with a big boot to the throat [ #5]. This guy isn't trying to win the match...he's just trying to hurt Roxie!
And his partner is an even bigger low-life! Take a look as he chokes Roxie from the ring apron while the referee has his back turned [ #6].
Obviously, the strategy of all these guys was to isolate Roxie for their vicious attacks. And it seems to be working! Stop back tomorrow to find out how it all turned out...
