Skater HighLowlights
Yesterday we saw a special message for me and the ladies on the G.L.O.R.Y. roster that Australia's Kellie Skater scrawled across the front of a promo picture. (A picture for which she took $5, thank you very much!) But just to prove that we don't hold a grudge around here, today we decided to bring you some highlights of Ms. Skater in action from last week's IndyGurlz event held in Boonton, New Jersey.
Skater wrestled in two matches at this event. First up: a match against rookie sensation Niya. While Skater made a rather arrogant entrance bringing her high-vitamin orange juice and "weights" (which would strain to break the one pound mark on any legitimate scale), her performance in the ring was less impressive. Take a look as the Aussie is hip tossed, arm dragged and nearly pinned by her spunky opponent. Skater managed to come away with the win, allowing her to step between the ropes once again...this time against ring vet Mercedes Martinez. Unfortunately for Skater, she came out on the losing side of the contest...that is, after she was stomped, suplexed, chopped, slugged, bent, twisted, slammed and pummelled by Martinez.
Yeah, it was a FUN match to watch!
