Fearless Cherry Bomb
G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Cherry Bomb was fearless at Stranglehold Wrestling's Bloodstock II event back in October. When R.J. City took to the ring with mic in hand and started abusing the ears and sensibilities of the audience, it was Cherry who climbed through the ropes to confront the arrogant male wrestler [above]. It didn't take long for their "I Quit" Match to start...and it began with a sneak attack by City as he laid out the G.L.O.R.Y. Girl on the mat before she even had the chance to remove her tee shirt [Picture #2]. What a coward! Next it was a handful of Cherry's hair being used against her [ #3] as she found herself being run across the ring on the way to a turnbuckle face smash.
Cherry never did get the chance to remove her tee shirt. It was removed for her by her opponent...and take a look at what this creep did with that shirt after tearing if from Cherry's body [ #4]. We're sure that City expected to hear an "I Quit" from his opponent at that point. But we know Cherry better than he does. No way would she give up that quickly...despite this guy's disgusting attack! So what did City do? He continued his assault with double the ferocity. Check out what he did next after trapping the prone Cherry against the lower ring rope [ #5]. Then it was a nasty camel clutch that had the Canadian grappling gal howling in agony [ #6]. Looks to us like this low-life wasn't just trying to win his match against Cherry Bomb...he was trying to injure the G.L.O.R.Y. favorite!
