"I Drove 300 Miles For This?!"
G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Jana has been expanding her wrestling horizons lately. A mainstay in Northeast wrestling rings, Jana made an appearance in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for KYDA PRO a few weeks ago...taking on the tough Rebecca Payne. After seeing some of the highlights from the contest, we can't help but believe that Jana must have been wondering during the battle if she made the right decision to travel so far for a match in which she took such abuse!
Jana's discomfort began with Payne locking on a tight rear chinlock [above]...a hold that had the G.L.O.R.Y. Girl feeling as though her head might be ripped off her neck. But as the match progressed, Jana's opponent began to get more and more violent. Legal holds lead to illegal maneuvers, such as this hair pull [Picture #2] which was used by Ms. Payne on the way towards smashing Jana's face into a turnbuckle. Even more of Payne's violent personality was put on display when she planted a boot into Jana's windpipe and tried to grind the poor girl into unconsciousness [ #3]. Was it worth it for Jana to drive 300 miles for this?!
Maybe so: the G.L.O.R.Y. Girl actually made a comeback in this KYDA PRO match and came away with the victory!
