Martinez vs. Cruise!
Our buddy Rob Myers checks in today with a report on this past weekend's IHW event which featured a match between G.L.O.R.Y. Girls Mia Martinez—who we haven't seen here on the POD for quite a while now (unfortunately!)—and archenemy Melanie Cruise. It's amazing how Rob can snap pictures of the match and take notes at the same time, isn't it???
Mia Martinez took on Melanie Cruise for IHW in Red Rud, Illinois, last Saturday night in what turned out to be a rough and wild match. Melanie dominated most of the match with her size and power, but Mia used her speed and agility to out maneuver Melanie and get her in an arm lock submission. Melanie was able to reach the ropes for a break and eventually caught Mia with a big body slam. Melanie climbed the ropes to deliver a top rope legdrop...but Mia spun out of the way, leaving Melanie to land hard on the mat. Mia easily rolled up the dazed Ms. Cruise for the 1-2-3 victory.
