Wiley Vet Vs. Eager Rookie II
Yesterday we showed you the beginning of a match that had eager rookie Alexa Thatcher stepping into the SLAMminLadies ring to face wiley veteran Lexie Fyfe. Thatcher surprised the veteran with some early speed and agility...but it soon became apparent that the rookie just couldn't contend with the veteran's ring knowledge. And after Lexie gained the advantage in this battle, she showed just what the meaning of brutality is as she utilized some illegal weapons to teach a lesson to her young opponent. While Lexie relies on her proven ring abilities to gain victory, she isn't above having a "fallback plan". In this match, that plan involved the weapons you see her with above.
First it was the Louisville Slugger that Fyfe put into action. Take a look as she has Thatcher on her knees gasping for air after ramming the barrel of that bat into the blonde's midsection [Picture #2]. Even before her victim could recover, Lexie struck again with another blow from that bat...a belly shot that had Thatcher howling on the floor in agony [ #3].
And to make sure that Alexa would remain breathless during this battle, Lexie put that rope to good use. Well, good use for her...not so good for Ms. Thatcher! Fyfe showed her foe no mercy as she wrapped that rope around her neck and pulled it tight. What could the rookie do but suffer and thrash around on the SLAMminLadies arena floor as her attacker tried to choke her into oblivion?! [ #4 and #5]
The vicious attack left poor Alexa down and out. The outcome of the match was certain: Lexie Fyfe would win this lopsided match. But even that wasn't enough to satisfy the brutal veteran. After throwing the nearly unconscious Thatcher back into the SL ring, Fyfe tortured her one last time with a spine-cracking over the shoulder back breaker [ #6].
In the battle of wiley vet vs. eager rookie, odds are that the veteran will come away with the win. And when the veteran is named Lexie Fyfe, that outcome is as close to a sure thing as you'll ever get!
