Triple-A Battle: Annie And Amber

Ed Darcey is back with more commentary and pictures from one of the matches held at this past weekend's JAPW women's event in Rahway, New Jersey. Today's match features G.L.O.R.Y. Girls Amber and Annie Social...

Another of the matches in Rahway featured two young but established talents: New England favorite Amber and Philadelphia's own Annie Social. Annie went right after Amber, but the New Englander stunned Social with some quick moves and aerial work, forcing the Philly gal to leave the ring for a respite. Chasing Annie back into the ring, Amber was met by a stomp, a choke and a series of suplexes. Kicking out, Amber went back on the offense, hitting a terrific bulldog on Social for a near fall. In the end, however, the Boston gal was stunned by a vicious stomach kick and fell victim to Ms. Social's patented finisher. Grabbing Amber's head, Annie fell down into a split driving her opponents face into her knee, knocking Amber senseless and getting Social the victory. With the closeness of the contest, one hopes that JAPW will see fit to schedule a rematch, or maybe WSU will bring Amber down to test Social again. The outcome could certainly be different next time.
