Don't Forget SHIMMER 19!
Yesterday we gave you some of the details about the upcoming DVD release of the incredible SHIMMER Vol. 20 event which took place in early-July. But don't forget that SHIMMER Vol. 19 is also set to be released at the same time. While the latter volume contains an incredibly entertaining show, the Vol. 19 disk is exciting in its own right. Sara del Rey vs. Ariel...Jennifer Blake vs. Allison Danger...Serena Deeb vs. Danyah...and tons more action, including a crowd-pleasing match between G.L.O.R.Y. Girls Rain and LuFisto. We tapped Wrestlin' Wally's site to see some of the action when the Canadian Anime Warrior faced the Minnesota Mauler...
The action in this match was all over the place with each wrestler dishing and receiving maximum punishment. We don't know exactly what Rain did to LuFisto just a split second before Wally snapped this shot, but we're certain from that look on the Canadian's face that it hurt...a lot! And Rain continued her pummeling of the blonde as she hauled her to the ropes and laid in some additional punishment (below).
But don't get the impression that LuFi was a rag doll during this fight. She dished out plenty of abuse of her own. After laying Rain against the lower turnbuckle, a running kick to the side of the skull nearly separates the Minnesotan's head from the rest of her body. And then LuFisto went to work on the rest of that gorgeous body as she hoisted it up across her shoulders and racked it to the limit!
