May 5, 2006: Quick: Name a wrestler who has been around pro wrestling arenas for close to fifteen years, has competed in numerous matches across the Midwest, has a ladies championship belt to her name...yet she's still looking forward to her upcoming high school graduation?!

The answer, of course, is G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Scarlett Rose. The beautiful, blonde ring sensation--who only celebrated her 18th birthday in April--has been causing quite a stir around the rings of Indiana during the past year. Having now "officially" reached adulthood, Scarlett's opportunities to shine outside of her home state have increased dramatically.

"There have been a number of promotions that were interested in bringing me in for matches, but they were waiting for me to turn 18," explains Ms. Rose. "Well, that's happened now. And I'm ready to expand my wrestling horizons. I can't wait to get out there to tackle new opportunities and meet new fans!"

And the fans can't wait to meet Scarlett. Especially the youngsters.

A common sight at an event in which Ms. Rose is scheduled to compete is the crowd of young fans who are invariably drawn to the always smiling wrestlerette. Her upbeat attitude is infectious and she is often greeted by cheers, frenzied dancing and high-fives from her contingency of delirious little supporters. And their parents are just as happy to root on the wholesome teen warrior.

"I think she's a great role model," commented one parent at the end of a recent show at which Scarlett competed.

"I really don't like a lot of the wrestling you see on television now. You never know when there is going to be someone taking off their clothes or acting in a way that's inappropriate for the children to see. I don't have to worry about that here. My son loves her."

Another mother was also eager to chime in with her feelings...

"My daughter loves to see Scarlett wrestle. She's wonderful and I never have to worry about my girl ever seeing Scarlett Rose doing something that would be embarrassing. I think she portrays a positive message to the kids. She tries hard, plays fair, follows the rules and does her best. What a wonderful image to show these kids. And we like to hear her sing, too!"

Yes...Scarlett Rose is not only a wrestler, she's also an accomplished singer. Before they ever see her wrestle, most fans get their first glimpse of the teen vocalist at the very beginning of a show when she enters the ring to sing the National Anthem. Scarlett has even hit the music studio to record her own album. With this much talent at such a young age, fans can't be blamed for not knowing whether Ms. Rose is a wrestler who sings, or a singer who wrestles!

But it's been clear to G.L.O.R.Y. Wrestling fans that Scarlett Rose is more wrestler than singer. She started attending wrestling shows when she was four years old...cheering on her pro wrestler dad from the ringside seats. As she got older, her father's guidance was supplemented by advice and tips from another familiar G.L.O.R.Y. face: Lady Vendetta. Surprisingly, some of that advice came in handy for Rose during her initial ring battles when she faced...guess who?...that same Lady Vendetta!

In the short time that she's been wrestling, Scarlett has already captured the WCWO Ladies Championship. While that title is her first, no one believes that it will be the last belt that this talented lady will be wearing around her waist before the final chapter of her career is written. In fact, some believe that a future with a major fed such as the WWE or TNA is in the cards. The attractive 5' 8" blonde already possesses the physical attributes needed to get the attention of officials at those major organizations. With a little bit more ring experience, a developmental contract with one of the "Big Two" would not be a surprise to those who follow the sport.

Considering how far Scarlett Rose has come in the wrestling business while still a high school student, we can only imagine the possibilities for her once her studies are over. With homework and other school responsibilities behind her, Scarlett's future in the world of pro wrestling looks bright...
